✅ Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and free from any damage caused by the customer.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (based on shipping records).
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) from MyDailyKit.com is required.
- Sale items and bundle offers are also eligible for return/exchange if they meet the above conditions.
🔄 Accepted Reasons for Return/Exchange
- Manufacturer defect (e.g. broken, missing parts, faulty function)
- Wrong item received
- Change of mind (only accepted for unused items)
🚫 Return/Exchange Not Accepted If
- Item has been used or damaged by the customer
- Missing packaging, accessories, or product tags
- Return request made after 7 days of delivery
💸 Return Shipping & Refunds
- For defective or incorrect items: MyDailyKit will cover all return shipping costs.
- For voluntary returns (change of mind): customer pays for return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item, via the original payment method.
