At MyDailyKit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy under the conditions below:


Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and free from any damage caused by the customer.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (based on shipping records).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) from MyDailyKit.com is required.
  • Sale items and bundle offers are also eligible for return/exchange if they meet the above conditions.

🔄 Accepted Reasons for Return/Exchange

  1. Manufacturer defect (e.g. broken, missing parts, faulty function)
  2. Wrong item received
  3. Change of mind (only accepted for unused items)

🚫 Return/Exchange Not Accepted If

  • Item has been used or damaged by the customer
  • Missing packaging, accessories, or product tags
  • Return request made after 7 days of delivery

💸 Return Shipping & Refunds

  • For defective or incorrect items: MyDailyKit will cover all return shipping costs.
  • For voluntary returns (change of mind): customer pays for return shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item, via the original payment method.
